    Guide Profile: Michael Robinson
Michael was born and spent his formative years in London where he developed a genuine passion for the city. His own natural curiosity was always evident as he explored the history and culture of the city, leading inevitably to a passion for them both which he still retains today, and one that he continues to enjoy sharing with others.

He is a freelance lecturer on art and design history and is also happy to share those passions with others too! However he is happiest showing visitors the essence of his home city, its vibrancy as a world city and its strange eclectic mix of multicultural influences and diversity. Despite his academic background, (or maybe because of it) Michael's emphasis on tours is on having fun.

Michael is a licensed driver guide and specializes in personal tours for groups (particularly families) of up to six people in his own vehicle, not just in London, but also across the southern half of England. Typically his day tours to other areas include Stonehenge, Bath and Salisbury; Oxford, Windsor and Blenheim; or Canterbury, Dover and Leeds Castle. He will also tailor make a tour based on particular interests, which may extend over two or three days.
