Bookings:
Please note that when you make a booking on a guided walk you are making a contract with
the individual guide and not with GuidesofLondon.
GuidesofLondon reserves the right to take photographs during our walks to use for
promotion and publicity in all media and the copyright of such pictures will remain with
GuidesofLondon in perpetuity.
Cancellations:
A Private Tour can be cancelled up to 30 days before it starts for a 100% refund minus
transaction fee, up to 10 days before it starts for a 50% refund minus transaction fee, with no
refunds after that. Booked tours are non-transferable.
Accessibility:
We want as many people as possible to not only attend our walks but to enjoy them as well.
If you have any accessibility questions or requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.
Safety Disclaimer:
No matter what activity in life there is always an element of risk and that includes walking
with us. Before attending any of our walks you need to be reasonably fit and be prepared to
be responsible for your own safety. Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn. A
bottle of water, an umbrella and an extra layer wouldn't go amiss.
Please check if there is any activity you are unable to do i.e. stairs and if they are part of the
walk. Sometimes there is a flat option but sometimes there isn't. Duration is another factor to
consider; most of our walks take c. 2 hours. Are you comfortable walking and standing for
that duration? If you have a concern then please contact us before the day of the walk.
We stick to footpaths and use pedestrian crossings where available.
If you have any pre-medical conditions, or injuries that may affect your walking, please let
the organisers know before the start of the walk, and also if you feel unwell during a walk
please let your guide know.
GuidesofLondon accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or injury. You agree that you are
participating in the guided walk at your own risk and that we shall not be liable under any
circumstances for any matter arising out of your participation (other than for matters for
which we are not legally able to exclude or limit liability).

materials provided to you or information shared with you on walks or treasure hunts.
You may not without our prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings of any
part of our walking tours or treasure hunts.
We take the protection of our copyright very seriously. If we discover that you have breached
the terms of the above licence, we may bring legal proceedings against you and seek
monetary damages and/or an injunction to stop you using the materials. You could also be
ordered to pay our legal costs.
Data Protection:
Guides of London will under the Data Protection Act ensure that the privacy of our clients will
be maintained at all times. We will never share or sell the information contained in our
database to any third parties.
Any client may ask to see the information we hold on them and can request to be removed
from our database at any time, for any reason.
Guides of London reserve the right to respond
within 10 working days.
